Terms of payment

Payment options:

  1. Cash payment - subject to self-pickup;
  2. Cashless - an invoice is generated;
  3. Cash on delivery - regardless of the order amount, the prepayment amount must be equal to the cost of delivery of the goods by the selected transport company in both directions.

Delivery terms

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine, with the exception of territories temporarily uncontrolled by Ukraine, by carriers New mail, In-time, Delivery, SAT, Night Express, etc.

Due to the fact that the goods in small quantities do not cost much more than the amount for delivery, and sometimes even less - the goods are shipped after payment!

Exceptions are regular customers and customers who have made a partial prepayment (10-30%).

Examples of the cost of delivery by the "New mail" company:

  • Kharkiv - Krolevets - 3 bags * 25 kg = 341 UAH
  • Kharkiv - s. Babichi (Transcarpathian region) 5 forms 630x530x100 mm = 147 UAH.

The exact cost of delivery depends on the weight and volume of the goods, its estimated value, packing method, the selected delivery service and other factors. Insurance of the cargo is carried out at 100% of its value. 

Packaging of the goods is carried out in accordance with the requirements of transport companies. For example, according to the conditions of New mail, all goods, except for bags with construction chemicals, must be transported in a crate.

Please pay attention to the following points:

  • Our store has no influence on the shipping costs set by the shipping companies;
  • When ordering large-sized goods, you should be ready to the fact that the cost of delivery will be up to 50% of the value of the goods;
  • When ordering the "targeted delivery" service, it is important to remember that the goods will be delivered to the entrance. If it is necessary to enter the floor, this is ordered and paid for separately;
  • When picking up goods from the warehouse of the transport company, if possible, inspect them before picking them up - only if damage is found during transportation at the warehouse of the transport company, you can draw up an Act and obtain compensation;
  • If you doubt that the calculation of the cost of delivery of oversized cargo by Nova Poshta was correct, you can order the "Checkweighing" service and recalculate the cost of delivery - it's free;
  • If you pick up a parcel consisting of several pieces, be sure to check the number of pieces indicated on the waybill with the one that was given to you.

Return of goods

Return of goods carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine within the time frame specified by it, i.e. no more than 14 days after purchase. In this case, the goods to be returned must be in intact packaging.
