§  the cost of the form;

§  the cost of the material blank (taking into account the technological clamp along the contour of 70 mm, ie if the part size is 500*500, the workpiece will be 640*640);

§  the cost of the molding service;

§  the cost of additional work, gluing Oracle film, trimming or milling parts, drying plastic, etc.

For products with a circulation of 100 pieces, the form is made of MDF.

For products with a circulation of more than 100 pieces, the mold can be made of fiberglass or aluminum, because these materials are more durable, and the mold made of them can withstand a much larger number of moldings.
