Moulds for balusters ABS No. 1

Form of ABS plastic intended for the manufacture of balusters by vibropressing method. The resulting products are glossy or pebbled surface.

Form of balusters for ABS No. 1 made of heat-resistant high quality ABS plastic with a thickness of 2mm. This is the form for half of the finished product. br>
Manufacturer of balusters can be done in two ways:

1. To produce half of the product. Pour another half, and on top of the crude solution is to put the previously made half, i.e. to glue the two parts of the balusters.

2. To make the two halves of the balusters, fasten them together with construction adhesive based on cement, then the product is sanded.

Disadvantages:
