Форма стеклопластиковая  для производства бетонного забора

Форма предназначена для изготовления бетонных панелей забора методом вибролитья.

Состав формы:

форма изготовлена из металлической рамки профильной трубы 20*40

и закреплённой на раму стеклопластиковой формы толщиной  4-5 мм

Преимущества:

- форма рассчитана для длительной эксплуатации от 1000-5000 циклов

После длительного использования форму реставрируют или приобретают новую.

Недостатки:

-  тяжелый вес, 

-  нет возможности добиться гладкой поверхности без пор и шероховатости.

Утилизация:

вторичной переработке подлежит только металлическая рама , утилизировать без вреда стеклопластиковую форму  возможности нет.
