Form Composition:
the form is made of a metal frame of a profile pipe 20*40
and fixed to the frame of a fiberglass mold 4-5 mm thick
Advantages:
- the form is designed for long-term operation from 1000-5000 cycles
After prolonged use, the form is restored or acquired a new one.
Flaws:
- heavy weight,
- there is no way to achieve a smooth surface without pores and roughness.
Disposal:
only the metal frame is recyclable, it is not possible to dispose of the fiberglass mold without harm.
